Sometimes it's an Exact Art and Subtle Science, Other Times You Let the Magic Guide You

The whispers have gone 'round the Den - The Order of the Phoenix is selecting certain bright young students to travel back in time!  Not only that, but to possibly try to recruit key Dark Mark individuals *before* they go bad!  One such student is 6th Year Slytherin, Severus Snape.  Surely no Hufflepuff would be chosen for this task - or would they?

You are lab partners in potions class with a 6th year Slytherin named Severus Snape. Convince him to join the Order before he takes the Dark Mark by crafting something that shows him what the side of the light has to offer.

You decide to try for the assignment.  And, as one key factor in Severus's turning to the Dark Arts is his lack of friends and family, you decide that, if you are recruited to try to win his trust, you will invite him over to the Den for a good homecooked meal.  Mind made up, you *leviosa* your stack of cookbooks over to you and start leafing through.  Hmmm, this looks likely!

Spiffied-Up Baked Mac-n-Cheese, by FlyKytten
You will need:
2 big boxes/packages of noodles (FK used a package of Rotini and a package of Orzo)
2 cups of plain greek yogurt OR 1 cup greek yogurt and 1 cup sour cream
2 cups of cheese (FK used parmesan)
and if desired, a cooked meat of some kind, or a vegetable (FK used spiced ham)

Boil the pasta.  While it's cooking, mix the yogurt with the cheese.  Add the hot drained noodles (and the meat or veggies, too).  Mix it all up well.  You can eat it now, or you can stick it in the oven at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30-60 minutes.  YUM!

Please note that this makes a Very Big Amount, so if your family is small (say, <6), you may wish to half the recipe.  And it is Very Easy!  (And Very Customizable.  ;P)
