Activities Update : June!!

It's a new month, and that means new challenges!  I hope you all saw the HECK announcement about pairing up with the Slytherins for a Fandom competition!  If you missed it, go check it out and then come back here to find out what else you might have missed around the den:

Spinners:  Learning!  finished yarn! A new wheel for next Christmas? Spinning for Homework in June ideas!

Library:  The Library has a new Challenge for June and July (with Badges!)  And has been invited to join the Ravenclaws for a Fantasy Readalong!  Also: “The immortal life of Henrietta Lacks”.  1Q84 by Murakami.  Ginny's Yarn Along.

Tv/Movie:  Rewatching Sherlock.  Dr. Who and Torchwood. The trailer for Tim Burton’s new animated film Frankenweenie.  Late thoughts on Whale Rider!  Plan Ahead: June 8-10 The theater goers will be watching and crafting to Labyrinth.


Cleaners:  Decluttering in preparation for a Summer Party.  "I’ll not say “clutter-free” ... but “mostly uncluttered” would be lovely."  Cleaning Break while waiting for the new house!  You can still earn badges with the Cleaners!

Sock-along: Don't forget, you can still earn your Dobby or Dumbledore badges in the Sock-along.  But you must see what Knitreaver made:

games:After a brief pause to discuss video games, the Gamers are back at it with a new word game: Last Letter First. 

Amigurumi: We have a NEW ACTIVITY for June!  The Amigurumi/Softie makers are going to let their fandom flag fly!
