Time for Breakfast with the House Elf Liaison

It's a new month and every day is a new day. Mom always said that breakfast was the most important meal, and the House Elves agree. Please share your favorite breakfast ideas, recipes, experiences, anything at all about food in the morning!

The House Elves want to know... What is your go-to breakfast?


  1. My standard breakfast (aka what I'm eating right now) is oatmeal with some cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, sweet 'n low, and molasses, plus some decaf black tea (sweetened only) and/or milk. I vastly prefer steel cut oats, but that's not possible in a dorm room, and it makes me sad.

  2. This morning I had muesli with rhubarb yoghurt and a glass of pineapple juice.

    Often I'll just have yoghurt and banana or some sort of berry.

    Mostly though I'll just have a cup of tea or coffee :o

  3. OMB, I just wrote out a huge explaination of the breakfast pizza I make. And then when I went to post it got erased. So If you want it, let me know! I am not trying again

  4. Funny you should mention this.... looking for new breakfast options for the kids.

    As for me, I don't really eat breakfast. I know, I know, I should be better.

  5. I'm not really a big breakfast eater, usually just yogurt and fruit. This morning I woke up with a massive craving to try toad in the hole. I had never made it before, so I think i was dreaming about visiting my sister in England and she made me breakfast or something.... anyway, it was a nice change. Not something I would do everyday, but it was fun.
